1. Shipping, Estimated Delivery & Fulfillment

TurBQ EcoFire is an upcoming Kickstarter project currently being prepared for production and large-scale manufacturing.

Estimated shipping is currently planned for May 1, 2027 (or earlier if possible). While deliveries may begin sooner than expected, we intentionally built additional time into the schedule to help fulfill our commitments reliably and reduce the risk of delays.

Shipping costs are not charged in advance unless otherwise stated. Shipping rates will be calculated closer to the start of fulfillment based on destination, package size, carrier rates, and shipping conditions at that time. A separate shipping invoice may be provided and must be paid before products are shipped.

Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate shipping information. If a customer moves or changes address before fulfillment begins, updated shipping information must be provided before shipment.

If an order is shipped to the address provided by the customer and the shipment becomes undeliverable, delayed, returned, lost, or requires reshipment due to an incorrect, outdated, or incomplete address, shipping charges are non-refundable and additional shipping charges may apply.

2. VIP Registration & Digital Services

The TurBQ VIP Super Early Bird Registration fee is a one-time digital registration payment intended to provide access to launch updates, VIP notifications, supporter benefits, early access opportunities, and related communications.

VIP registration fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or approved by TurBQ in cases involving technical issues or billing errors.

3. Product Information & Improvements

TurBQ EcoFire is an actively developing product. While a fully functional prototype has been designed, tested, and demonstrated, product specifications, materials, features, appearance, accessories, packaging, and performance may change or improve before production begins.

Customers and supporters acknowledge that the final production version may contain updates, improvements, or refinements compared to prototypes, renders, demonstrations, or marketing materials.

4. Orders & Payments

By placing an order, joining a VIP program, or making a payment, you agree to provide accurate information and authorize the applicable payment method.

We reserve the right to cancel, refuse, limit, or delay orders in cases involving suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, product availability issues, or other reasonable business concerns.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

6. Product Use & Responsibility

Customers are responsible for using TurBQ products safely and according to provided instructions, warnings, and common safety practices related to outdoor cooking, fire, gas, heat, charcoal, batteries, and electrical accessories.

TurBQ shall not be responsible for misuse, improper installation, unsafe operation, or failure to follow reasonable safety precautions.

7. Website Content & Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, product names, graphics, text, images, videos, branding, and designs are the property of TurBQ or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TurBQ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages related to website use, delayed fulfillment, shipping issues, product availability, or product use.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
