TurBQ EcoFire is an upcoming Kickstarter project created to help fund production and large-scale manufacturing.

The good news? This is not just an idea. A fully working prototype has already been designed, built, and successfully tested in real-world BBQ conditions with excellent results.

At the same time, we’re continuing to improve and refine TurBQ EcoFire. Our goal is not only to launch production, but to make the product even better through ongoing testing, optimization, and feedback.

Because of this, supporters will most likely receive an upgraded production version of TurBQ EcoFire with small improvements and refinements beyond what is shown today.

Our goal is to have TurBQ EcoFire ready for the next BBQ season.

Estimated shipping start: May 1, 2027 (subject to change)

To help avoid delays and fulfill orders more reliably, we intentionally built extra time into our schedule. While shipping may begin earlier, we prefer to set realistic expectations.

Shipping costs: Shipping is not charged in advance. Rates will be calculated closer to fulfillment based on destination, carrier pricing, package size, and shipping conditions at that time. A separate shipping invoice will be sent and must be paid before shipment.

Why I Created TurBQ-EcoFire

I’ve always loved real charcoal BBQ, but I was frustrated with how slow, messy, and inconsistent charcoal lighting could be. After trying countless methods, I decided to create a faster, cleaner, and more reliable way to start charcoal without lighter fluid or unnecessary hassle.

TurBQ EcoFire was born from a simple idea: make charcoal ignition easier while keeping the authentic BBQ experience we all love.
